My throughline is bridging the gap between big-picture thinking and practical execution, always seeking the win-win-win for customers, employees, and business growth.
I have an MBA in Design Strategy and a decade of experience driving growth and transformation across startups, NGOs, and regional arts institutions.
I started my career at Oregon’s largest foundation, honed my fundraising, writing, and marketing chops at Literary Arts, then outsourced myself and built a grants consultancy specializing in nonprofit startups at the intersection of arts and youth development.
In 2016, I joined the staff of The Circus Project to grow the org from a five-figure budget to nearly $1 million in revenue.
In 2022, I left nonprofit to level up my leadership with an MBA in Design Strategy from CCA in San Francisco, which is basically a niche master's degree in bridging silos across product, marketing, people, and business strategy.
I’m now working with startups and entrepreneurs to accelerate product-market fit and propel growth.
My x-factor is quickly seeing throughlines and pinpointing levers for outsized change.
I love micro-community building, cookbooks, and sending Valentines to my heroes.
I’d love to hear what you’re working on. Email me or connect on LinkedIn to chat.
