The wellness industry is booming, but it’s weirdly missing the one thing that actually moves the needle on longterm health and happiness: quality relationships. We saw an opportunity to be an early entrant into the emerging social wellness industry.

Goal
Deep understanding the challenges and jobs to be done of modern adult friendship. Gain insights directly from potential users to inform product strategy and market positioning.

Methods
User Interviews with 14 participants
Survey with 245 qualified responses

Results
Research insights disproved our initial product hypothesis and led us to pursue a new value proposition and product strategy to solve for our users’ most annoying paint point.
